For Love of Zoe and Evie -- Sew Prem Part #2 and #3

The Sew Prem organization has donated Teeny Tears diapers to two more hospitals in Australia!

"I have been involved in making gowns for prem babies in Australia for over 18 months and have always done the odd burial gown but never as many as I would like to. I'm inspired by a local Mum Sarah Cutting who runs the local Miracle Babies Nurture Group, a group of mothers who have had premature or sick babies. Sarah herself has had 4 prem babies, Joshua born at 27 weeks now 8 years old, twin girls Evie and Zoe also born at 27 week but sadly lost their battle for life 2 days later. Then Lachie was born a few years later also born at 27 weeks.

The strength and drive of this lady is amazing and Evie and Zoe are my inspiration for making simple but tasteful burial sets for the tiny little babies because all babies and families deserve to have something. I started experimenting with the perfect burial set (if there is one) and when I showed Sarah she LOVED them, I'm working on a big production of them so she can take them to Adelaide in a few weeks time in Memory of the girls who would have turned 4 on 28th November.  There will also be lots of sets of diapers go with them and I have sent off a few samples to Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide Australia for their approval!"  ~Helen, Sew Prem

These will be the first nappies actually heading to a hospital In Australia in memory of Evie and Zoe Cutting. I hope they all make someone's journey a little easier.  ~Helen, Sew Prem
